Productivity Plus is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your organization's data. This Privacy Policy details how we capture, handle, process, and protect information when you utilize our platform at www.productivityplus.se and the operational dashboard at my.productivityplus.se.

1. Identity & Directory Synchronization

To facilitate automated multi-tenant organizational onboarding and Manager View metrics, Productivity Plus requests access to Google Workspace Directory properties:

• OIDC Identity Tokens: Managed via OpenID Connect. We authorize user logins against your enterprise workspace domains.
• Admin SDK Directory Access: Optional incremental scopes allow managers to synchronise reporting relations. This enables automatic subordinate roll-up metrics within manager analytics pages.

2. Relational Task & Google Tasks API Integration

Our system acts as a relational "brain" while mapping your action-items down to your standard Google Tasks "display terminals":

• We create a dedicated task list titled "🚀 Productivity Plus" within your Workspace.
• We synchronize title, state (completed/pending), description, and due-dates bi-directionally.
• No other personal task lists or private task lists are read, evaluated, or altered.

3. Enterprise Network Boundaries & Data Isolation

Productivity Plus operates under absolute private network standards to guarantee that your company's PII remains secure:

• VPC Network Direct Egress: Database operations bypass the public internet entirely, communicating with Moodle postgres backends via Google Private Service Connect (PSC).
• Row-Level Multi-Tenant Isolation: All relational elements, template attributes, and audit logs are strictly filtered by organizational tenant identifiers, preventing cross-tenant data leaks and unauthorized requests.
• Credential Secrets Encryption: Access tokens, Client IDs, and database keys are dynamically loaded from Google Secret Manager. They are never logged or stored in cleartext.

4. Analytical Telemetry Limits

Productivity-related metrics are calculated relative to organizational upskilling progress nodes and task completion audits to help executives identify productivity trends:

• We correlate completion speeds and upskilling velocity to audit overall workforce upskilling ROI.
• This telemetry contains no public information sharing, and no external tracking packages are loaded on the system dashboard.

5. User Deletion & Compliance Rights

Organizations retain full control of their data. In accordance with GDPR and compliance guidelines, enterprise administrators can terminate integrations, delete tenant mappings, and request the absolute erasure of all associated database entries immediately by contacting support.
